Gregory Boudreaux has delivered seminars and consulted with corporate boards and chief executives for over 25 years on issues in corporate governance, including board self-assessment, policy development, business ethics, and strategic planning.
He taught at Duke University, where he received his Ph.D. He also served as Resident Graduate Professor of the University of Maryland University College in Tokyo, Japan and as Assistant Dean of the Graduate School in College Park. He most recently was Executive Director of Educational Programs at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
He has published extensively, including in the Proceedings of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Philosophy of the Social Sciences, Association Management, Compensation and Benefits Review, and Management Quarterly.
Currently, Boudreaux is writing a book on corporate governance that
will explain how and why boards must address new areas of risk in the
21st century.
